In this article, I will show how to get current page url using asp.net c#. We can get current page url using HttpContext.Request.Url.ToString() or HttpContext.Request.Url.AbsoluteUri. i.e full length URL with Query string. I got this following result for the request.
http://localhost:3340/Department/EditDepartmentDetails/5
if you want to get the path without domain part, you could use like this,
string absolutepath =HttpContext.Request.Url.AbsolutePath;
/Department/EditDepartmentDetails/5
To get the host url, use this
string host =HttpContext.Request.Url.Host;
Localhost
