Ionic v4 ion-toolbar background color not working

In my ionic application ion-toolbar style properties not working. I want to apply background color for toolbar.

Solution:

Simple you just create a css class and apply to the ionic toolbar.

CSS class:

.toolbar-title {
  color: #FFFFFF
}

IONIC CODE:
