Import "django.shortcuts" could not be resolved from source in Django Project

Import "django.shortcuts" could not be resolved from source in Django Project, someone asked me to explain?

I got this following error in django project. 

Import "django.shortcuts" could not be resolved from source 
Import "django.contrib" could not be resolved from source 
Import "django.contrib.admin" could not be resolved from source 
Import "django.urls" could not be resolved from source.

django shortcuts could not be resolved from source

Solution: 
In VSCode, go to View tab 

and click on Command Pallete 

search for select interpreter and then 

click on Enter interpreter path and then 

select Python x.x.x (global) over :)
